At the close of the episode, the Scarborough, Ontario-born actor and comedian was seen beside host Shane Gillis in a "Canada is not for sale" shirt, a response to President Donald Trump's 51st state threats. He was also mouthing the words "elbows up" — a reference to hockey player Gordie Howe, aka Mr. Elbows, who would put the elbows up and do some damage if someone messed with his teammates.
