Here's the thing about hallucinations in LLMs like ChatGPT:

It's all hallucinations! Even the stuff that happens to be true is just stuff that it made up. It doesn't know what it's talking about, it's just doing statistics to sound like what a person who was talking about that sort of stuff might say. Sometimes it's true, sometimes it's not.
