British passports are taking just a week (Oct 25 start, Nov 2 print).
Whereas Canadian passports for renewals outside of the country cost twice as much as UK passports, require employment history (for renewals!), actual printed photos, two references (for renewals!), and they charge more for a 10 year passport over a 5 year passport (it’s the same fucking document!).
I think it’s time for me to cut that particular tie.
