I want to learn more about why some platforms decay & others do not. I also think we need ways to carry forward relationships beyond a given platform.

Most platforms I've been on that have decayed haven't done so because people moved on in their lives. Rather, they were built on over-optimistic profit & extraction plans that crashed.

The tiny ones that struggled all along have had more staying power (1/2)
