I routinely post photos of my watercolours taken, for convenience, on my iPhone - left image. I am usually unhappy with the result but post it anyway. On the right one taken with my 'proper' camera (Olympus OM-D EM-1 mkII). Both taken under a daylight LED strip with minimal processing. The second is a far truer representation of the painting. The only surprise is that I didn't do this sooner. Of course what we are all viewing them on is another variable!
