Jobs in bitcoin hoo boy. Highly volatile industry, very crowded space. Many companies therein start shitcoining to survive. You don't have to work IN bitcoin to work FOR bitcoin. The hardest problem to solve is adoption of bitcoin as a means of payment (for buyers and sellers). Most merchants get jazzed during the bull, but during the bear, nobody is offering g to spend, and the "bitcoin point-of-sale phone" at work gets shoved in a drawer and everyone forgets it exists or how to use it.
