Many say the Finnish language sounds like Elvish. Well, guess what? Tolkien was hugely inspired by #Finland and #Finnish and actually incorporated some Finnish things to the lore.
The Finnish alphabet has two umlaut vowels: Ä (a-umlaut) and Ö (o-umlaut) and we use a lot of them. Words like "pyöröovi" (a round door) and kesämökki (a summer cottage) are fun and cool and impossible for foreigners to say.
So proud of my language that is spoken only about 5 million people. When I'm travelling abroad I feel quite confident about the fact that nobody will understand or even distinguish what language is in question.
