In a month or so .. you’d probably start to slowly have focus on longer runs in the weekends. Preferably a few weeks where you go out both Saturday and Sunday for some hours (2-3). You can also have some double days (also weekends) where you go out in the morning for 2 hours and then in the afternoon again for for example 1/1.5 hours. This is a trick I learned from Federico 👌🏼
