It's a more advanced chatbot. If truly open like GNU, where do I download the source code? There are some API's and a few comparison algorithms, but that's about it. Companies will keep their intellectual property close to the vest. Licensing or subscription models will prevail. They don't want you looking under the hood too closely because you'll find some proprietary hard coded $#!+.
