I'm working on defining a political theory that I'm calling The Tendency of Psychopaths to Obtain Positions of Power. The fundamental element required for this to take place is pacifism within the general population. When the people pledge never to use violence to oppose their own oppression, this creates the conditions for psychopaths to obtain positions of power and control.
