This is the first winter I've been here where the ants have never gone away during winter. Usually they've retreated from the trailer for winter.

This winter is warmer. It's dry too. Not sure what they're doing here, but I've noticed that while they go for protein/fat during most of the year, they're now seeking sugar.

They're also exploring A LOT, going into places they've never gone before. #TrailerLife
