1/2 of Carnivore month is over. 🥩🧂
So far, I’ve lost 10lbs and then regained 5, lost a lot of excess fat and glycogen and added some muscle mass.⚖️
My digestion is finally flawless and it never felt better. I have no hunger cramps, sugar cravings or other. Can be without food for 24h without a problem.👌
Sleep quality is much improved and I sleep less while getting more rest.💤
Energy levels are stable and I have no more daytime tiredness. 🔋
The main problem I see is having less strength in the gym and I am trying to find out whether it is from a lack of carbs or just kickboxing fatigue.🏋️♀️
Today is also the day I stop drinking coffee for the rest of the month. Hope to see even further improvement in that.☕️
Incidentally, I just cooked one of the best T-bone steaks so far. Made some carnivore mayo on the side. Limitation facilitates expertise.🧑🍳
