Always looking to add the nutritional punch ancestral food like liver provides. Cooked Pork Liver Stir Fry and was very happy with it. We raise a decent number of pigs each year, so we have plenty of liver on hand. Recently sautéed rabbit Livers in our pork lard and that was quite good. A big favorite so far for me is air fried rabbit kidneys.
Certainly these organ meats have bold flavors that we SAD(Standard American Diet) eaters are not accustomed to, but by adopting a "eat to live" mentality and not a "live to eat" one, I feel like I can incorporate more ancestral foods into my daily life.
Not sure if this will inspire anyone to give organ meats a try, but I hope it does.
