I'll likely tail that back to my usual 40g AP, 10g <other flour> for follow-on feedings.

For the current experiment:

Levain: 67g AP, 17g BW, 17g first-gen Base starter, 67g water

Dough: 567g AP, 35g BW, 18g WW, 6g wheat bran, 15g salt, 457g water

75% hydration

I'm too novice to bake without weighing but I think that should give you a rough comparison knowing your mad baking skillz.
