Another autistic shut down. I felt dissociated and exhausted, could barely speak or walk. My voice was completely different when I was able to speak. I slept a lot. I felt almost drugged, sort of in a dream state. I couldn’t handle touch of any kind from my partner. I cried a little but mostly felt nothing.
I’m so grateful to know now what these are. I used to think I had a mild virus but didn’t know why I didn’t get other virus symptoms.
