On that note: what about Apple? Epic brought a very similar case against Apple and lost. Both Apple *and* Epic are appealing that case to the #SupremeCourt, and now that Google has been convicted in a similar case, it might prompt the Supremes to weigh in and resolve the seeming inconsistencies in the interpretation of federal law.
