apparently someone self immolated outside the DC courthouse today. if you're still on twitter and are sensitive to that (and who wouldn't be) i highly recommend making sure autoplay is off over there at the very least. i am not sure if will be on tv or is on tv but do take care when watching the news today too.
update: they're showing it on cnn. probably avoid american news right now if this kind of thing is hard for you
