Online gig ticketing service: "we’re bringing ticketing into the modern age - it's no different to boarding a plane"

.. boarding a plane is one of the most stressful experiences I know, this is not the reassuring sales pitch you think it is.

I just want to see an only-moderately-famous band play some music in an only-moderately-sized local venue.

Plus their website is very broken, in Firefox at least. Arrggh.
