We like to get a feel for approximately how many people will be attending, either during the coworking/workshop session (circa 10:00 to 18:00) and/or the dinner out (circa 18:30 to 22:00), as we need to make reservations. So, it helps a lot, if we know, ahead of time, if someone is planning to attend.
We also usually need to pay for the coworking space, snacks, drinks, etc. (depending upon what the space is, they all have different reservation rules) and that will be split up amongst the attendees, with half paid in advance and the second half paid there. In Lightning or Euros.
