TIL what popped out ribs feel like. Not fun. Things not to do (all tried before I knew it was rib subluxation causing the pain and discomfort)
-Do not massage tight / sore muscles or knots with a tennis ball or other massage device. Caused another rib to pop out.
-Do not try to pop your back. More ribs popped out.
-Do not apply heat while ribs are out of place. The soft tissues are already inflamed and heat exacerbated the pain and difficulty breathing.
