So a few weeks after Spotify claimed to have made a profit and everyone breathlessly reported how well it was doing (reminder: an “operating profit” is quite a specific thing) it's now “facing headwinds” and having to lay off 17% of its workforce.

Oh, and of course, it also recently announced it was screwing over small artists to deny them *any* money because it can. Something which got a lot less coverage than the release of its stupid Unwrapped thing.
