Also, I can't recommend this device enough - the Ninja Woodfire Electric BBQ and Smoker.
Now, I know, as men, how we feel about gas BBQs - they're not BBQs.
But this thing is different. The smoked meats we ate last night were incredible, some of the tastiest meats I've eaten.
If I had space on the boat I'd get one. Hell, I'll consider a bigger boat just so I have space.
