I thought of a *great* idea for an alternative open source license. I imagine this is legally improbable to implement, but I'm sure one of you legal beagles can figure it out:
The Bury It With Me Public License
It affords all the usual things, but with the catch that they're all revoked at time of author's death if the death qualifies as reasonably preventable and/or tragic, and in which case the copyright is reassigned to a litigious estate unless the estate is at fault for said death.
