It's a great feeling when you spend hours debugging your code, successfully identify the bug, spend several more hours flailing around looking for a good solution, and conclude that there is no good solution and you're going to have to do a kludgy workaround, then by luck you find the key to the right solution buried several answers down in a Stack Overflow thread, and an hour later you've got the right solution implemented and working beautifully.
