Looking for a small and performant monitoring system which:
- server runs on Linux and BSD
- Probes/Clients can run on Linux and BSD
- Agentless (prefer ssh only)
- Not in Perl
- No user mgmt and webinterface is needed (slim ones are also ok)

I found SshSysMon which looks quite good to me
