I am once again struggling to bridge the communications gap to dictate-and-dominate minded infosec teams that human factors and usability do not just *matter*, but actually matter so much that to a first approximation you can simply ignore everything *but* human factors and usability.

If you make the safe actions the easiest ones to learn about and perform and the risky actions impossible or high-friction, you have won the majority of the game already.

And the inverse is true as well.
