I have a #POTS assessment at WCH with Dr. Harvey in a couple weeks. Just remembered. It's pretty well-controlled with guanfacine, methylphenidate, and tonnes of electrolyte water. Is an overnight trip to Toronto really worth it for a diagnosis that will probably change nothing about my life or healthcare? Unless having it would help my #EDS diagnosis next year? Maybe it's so well-controlled nothing would show up?
Any advice, #ChronicIllness sufferers?
