This ancient oak tree is called ‘Medusa’ and for over 400 years has been growing out of this rock.

It is a difficult spot to reach and well hidden so has probably only been viewed by a few dozen people in its lifetime. Standing in front of her it is impossible not to be inspired; whilst also appreciating the scarcity of our own time on Earth.
