Not sure if this is good or bad I mean Amethyst with Tor by default is a must and we need to normalize onions relays too so we can actually be resistant against state force brutality.

Right now its hard coded to use the NIP-66 monitor run by sandwich (npub1uac…99rx) but as this information becomes more relevant Ill find a way to let the user select which monitor to use
