Well...darn...just remembered it's Friday and C&J at Kos doesn't come out til the evening so I guess I'll get on the bike and get a ride in here in a minute...the turkey thawed faster than I expected so I'll get the dry brining done today and cook tomorrow...doing the full boat t-day meal with stuffing, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes and gravy, and brown and serve rolls so that will be the work for tomorrow...going to use yellow potatoes this year since I like the taste and texture
