yeah, this would be a useful tool, and probably not even that hard to analyse by a series of properly crafted requests

i am also inclined to say that the whole principle of a WoT based relay (like utxo's and my realy) also helps a lot because it enables you to cut down your relay list

the sticking point is clients that don't work adequately with nip-65 inbox/outbox settings, or like nostrudel's tax manager, don't make it obvious that your relay connections are tied to your connections to your follows

a lot of stuff to iron out still... but i think we are in a good phase now, where people are chastened and realise we need to stop and rethink and rebuild and redesign and write better docs etc
