I know FB was a bit of a non sequitur there as they don't have a productivity suite (do they?) but they're the other one besides Microsoft with design that's visually unappealing. I should also qualify that by saying their mobile site which is probably a deep backwater in FB land and not getting the brightest minds. but still. it's a mess and feels sterile and unpleasant with the amount of crap they promote that was unasked for.
