"content": "nostr:npub16rs3azv3jqvmxzrqk6243uk7w7q87pjaysfu5fqd3zsxdlk7zjls6tdfz9 it’s been a slog! In July last year I decided to try running again. Managed 1k before knees hurt. Got the trainers sorted and managed to limp to 5k after a week or two. For months a hated it then eventually managed 10k and was chuffed. Kept at it, then one day went out, did 10k in a good time and felt fine afterwards. Since then it’s been onwards and upwards, getting easier each time. 5k now feels like a warm up. I now enjoy it but need to get past this hump and on to 20k.",
