I had to leave my country to start living my life like that. I left the first time almost 30 years ago. Lived a few years in Thailand (nobody cared how you make your money or if you give some of that to the government). Later I never really settled in again in Germany so the way I live my life got rid of the tax man, not necessarily just me by deciding not to pay taxes. That's not a decision you get to make as a working bee in Germany since your employer will give your money to the government.

You either live within the system and comply. Or you exist the system and they'll forget about you eventually.
