A different group of lawyers from Quinn (but conflicts are shared across the whole firm) then turned around and represented X Corp. in a lawsuit against Bright Data for, you guessed it, scraping X's platform.
I believe this is what my professional responsibility professor would have called a "hey, that's my lawyer!" conflict.
