Looks like it's about to start raining in the Virginia Beach corner of Virginia. I can't find a camera on the Outer Banks, but radar seems to think it's raining there. The centerline of the track of this storm keeps wandering west. It was right over our house, and then over Dulles, and now out near Winchester, the better to flood out racist right-wing assholes.
