It depends on the chip - sometimes you win the silicon lottery, sometimes you don’t. I just keep going in clockspeed until it’s unstable, then add power until it stabilizes, and if not start slowly removing clock.
They should at least give you 650gH. At least. I average around 700. With a good cooling solution, you should be able to do this with temps in the 40s.
Best to go with ckpool, imo, if not running your own. I have way less rejected shares.
