Unlike Return to Monkey Island where you could save anywhere and anytime, in RPGTBD you can only save at Resurrection Stones, which makes my life a lot easier since I know the game won't be in a chaotic state. The Stones are less than a 30 sec walk from anywhere on the main map unless you're deep in a dungeon... then there be dragons (sometimes literally).
