what is a polite way to get the women in my life to stop harassing me to eat or drink things after i say no, to stop touching my dirty laundry without asking, and to stop reaching for my personal accessories (handbag, camera) when i enter/exit a building?

i'm a grown ass adult and being treated like an idiot toddler is extremely irritating, and it's not just one person, it's several, and i don't want to be a dick but i need to set a clear and strong boundary.
