Good morning. I woke up on and off until about 4am then slept through until 11. I feel confused, headachy and not one bit refreshed. Why is sleep so complicated? The sun is shining beautifully, I’m going to go out for a walk soon, maybe that will wake me up a bit. Have a super Saturday!
