Fonts for drafting?
Courier 12pt is the industry standard for scripts. It's a standard, apparently used because it averages out to one page equaling 1 minute of screen time. I write the first draft as a screenplay as it helps me with pacing, and it's quick to write that way.
From the 2nd draft on I'll use Times 12pt double-spaced.
Garamond is one of the most popular for published books, although I prefer Sabon - to me it's easier on the eye.
