When your homebrew is as good or better than the average craft beer on the store shelf, and the average craft beer prices are double what they were a decade ago, you brew a lot more.

Today I'm making a standard amber ale, but this is kind of a kitchen sink recipe made from grain left from other batches and home grown hops. For instance, I didn't have quite enough two-row so I subbed in extra Munich. Didn't have any darker crystal malt so I used some Caramunich.
