Solid week this week (3/4 lifts, ruck, various rows, long run) left me pretty banged up so today is a "go for a walk and call it recovery" day
I'd say that I hope everyone is up for a great weekend (I do) but I suspect this Crowdstrike stuff is going to make that hard for a lot of folks I'm associated with on here. So instead I'll wish everyone luck and remind them to take care of themselves
