we are not saying that. We did get a warning from our national weather advisory, we are complaining because that information was kept silent by the local administration until it was too late. In fact what we are saying is that, precisely, global warming and climate change is clearly creating huge issues. The local administration tried to blame the weather organization but most of the population knows better. And are helping while protesting.
