I have a lot of these sorts of ideas around accessibility but not much outlet for them because if you want to do this professionally you have to take a pay cut and then may be forced to do what is essentially admin auditing role.
We need the rise of the access designer role, but it feels naive and silly in a way to even talk about given the way of the world and by extension our industry.
