2/ Back in early July, seriously overdid a brush-clearing session, threw my back out severely, could hardly walk for a couple days, took like 3 weeks before I was really free of back pain. But then, I had hideous pain in my hips and other weird flare-ups in an old shin injury (baseball). Worst of all, I couldn’t find a comfortable position to sleep in. Plus, couldn’t walk more than a couple blocks without severe hip-joint pain.
