There's a lot of ways you could interpret it, libtards can't decide if it's racist or anti-colonial or anti-american, the bit about the meteor maybe being a false flag could go in several directions.

I thought the whole chapter was great but even just the first page gets me, that feeling of walking through the city surrounded by strangers and you feel awful even when none of them have wronged you yet. It's stuff like this that keeps me reading manga, you never get to explore these ideas in other mediums.
