I am still :ablobcatsweatsip: ing (npub1y6t…9wl9) Most recent was about 2 years ago and I live in a Euro tech hub. Most recently they were publicly traded companies as I specifically went for them, but startups work too.
You're right that things have gotten much worse especially in the past year as funding has been drying up, but it's still a good time to be a developer with relevant skills for the moment.
That said, I reiterate that a part time job to extend your savings is a wise move. Doesn't have to be much.
