It just seems to have happened TOO FAST...
... and I am suspicious.
I mean, I LIKE the idea and hope it is true, but the turnaround has been at a speed not typically seen anywhere near GOV.
The corruption would have to be so narrow and identified/corrected so quickly that it defies the odds. Deep corruption SPREADS like a cancer. How could it all be rooted out so rapidly?
