Can someone demystify this for me.
My current Phoenix wallet liquidity xxx, xxx.xx if I want liquidity of x,xxx, xxx.xx it cost $23 dollars.
I sent +1 million sats from strike to the wallet(more liquidity then I have). And there was an on chain fee of a few dollars. But that did not increase the channel size.(due to technical details I don't understand)
Had I have purchased sufficient liquidity, there would be no on chain fee, so long as I stay within my liquidity limit. But any time I attempt to exceed that limit, sending or receiving, there will be an on chain fee?
